Senior engineers who build products — and fix the ones that broke.
Shpatik Studio is a product engineering studio. We build our own products — live, paying, in production — and we take that same discipline to rescue the projects other developers left broken. Same standards, same senior hands, whether the code started with us or with someone who has since disappeared.
Too many good ideas die on bad code.
We kept meeting founders in the same spot: a developer had vanished, an agency had ghosted, or an AI tool had produced something that demoed beautifully and then fell apart in production. The idea was sound. The execution had failed them. And most agencies just wanted to sell them a rebuild.
So we leaned into the harder, more useful work: taking over someone else's broken project, being honest about what's salvageable, and getting it shipped. It's not glamorous. It's exactly what a founder in trouble actually needs. We build new products for clients from scratch, too — same senior engineers, same fixed scope, just without someone else's mess to clean up first.
We do it with the same senior engineers who build our own products — GazetAI, CarVinVin, Bank-Lift, LookenAI— the web apps people log into, the mobile apps on their phones, and the services quietly holding both up. We work in whatever language and framework the codebase already is, because the failure modes barely change: a crash nobody can reproduce, memory that creeps until a restart is the only fix, a payment that succeeds on the provider's side and never lands in your database. When we say we can take over your app, it's because we've run real production software with real users, real payments and real consequences when it breaks.
You'll notice there's no founder photo or personal brand on this page — we show up as a studio, not a persona. That's deliberate, not something we're hiding: the senior engineers who answer your first message are the ones who touch your code, our live products are proof you can click into yourself, and every engagement starts with an NDA on request and a fixed scope before you hand anything over. Judge the work, not a bio.
Four principles we don't bend.
Honesty over upsell
We'll tell you if it's a rescue, a refactor, or a rebuild — even when the honest answer means less work for us. Trust is the only thing that compounds.
Senior hands only
No junior bench learning on your emergency. The engineers who assess your code are the ones who fix it.
Own the outcome
We measure ourselves by whether you ship — not by hours billed. A rescue that doesn't reach production isn't a rescue.
Leave it better documented
You should never again be hostage to one developer's head. We hand back a codebase your next hire can read.
