New builds and software rescue — one senior team.

One team, two ways in — a scoped rescue when something's already built, or a scoped build when it isn't. Free first read either way, fixed quote before we start, and you keep every line of code.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with a free read, not a guess.

Start with the free written first read. Tell us what's going on and we'll give you an honest verdict — rescue, refactor or rebuild — plus a clear next step, usually within one business day. No obligation, no sales theatre.

If the codebase needs a closer look before anyone commits to anything, that's a Code Audit & Codebase Rescue engagement: architecture, security, tech debt and test gaps scored into a report, with a fixed quote for the fix, in about five business days. If you already know what's broken and just need it stabilized, we go straight to fixing the highest-risk parts first — fixed scope, two to four weeks, daily visibility — under Software Project Rescue.

If the app started as output from an AI builder — Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, v0, Replit — the failure patterns are different from a codebase a person actually wrote by hand, and fixing an AI-built app is the more useful starting point. If it's a real, hand-written codebase that a team has been living with for years, rescue by where it breaks covers what taking one over actually involves — the browser layer a customer sees, the app on their phone, and the services both of those depend on — in whatever language and framework it's already written in.

Once the roadmap is delivered, most engagements roll into a month-to-month Engineering Retainer — the same team that already knows your code, cancel anytime, and you keep owning every repository and credential the whole way through.

Rescue and Build aren't two different studios. They're the same senior team, entering through whichever door fits — the emergency, or the next feature. And we don't list prices on this site, because honest pricing depends on what's actually broken. What we do promise, in detail here, is free to start, scoped before it's priced, and a fixed quote before any work begins.
