You shipped it with AI. Now make it production-ready.

AI got you a working demo fast — and that's genuinely useful. But a 2025 Veracode study found that roughly 45% of AI-generated code samples failed security testing — and that's before counting the other common gaps: no tests, tangled structure that breaks the moment you change something. We turn that prototype into a product that holds up in production.

Diagnosis —

The AI-built app trap

It works in the demo, breaks in prod

Great in the pitch, fragile the moment real users, real data, or real load arrive.

You can't safely change anything

Touch one thing, three others break. No tests to tell you what you just broke.

Security was never considered

Exposed keys, no input validation, auth that isn't really auth. Common in generated code.

Nobody actually understands it

The AI wrote it, you shipped it, and now there's no human who can reason about it.

From prototype to product —

Hardened, not just patched.

Fixed-scope and reversible — every step has a clear next move, a clear cost, and a clear outcome before we touch anything.

  1. We audit what the AI built

Security scan, architecture review, and a map of where it'll break — specific to Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, v0 or Replit output patterns.

  2. We harden and restructure

Fix the security holes, add tests around the critical paths, and untangle the structure so change is safe again.

  3. We make it truly yours

Documented, understandable and set up so you (or we, on retainer) can keep building without fear.

Proof it's actually production-ready.

Artifacts you can act on: a security audit, tests around what matters, and a codebase a human can follow.

  • A security and quality audit of the generated code
  • The critical vulnerabilities, fixed
  • Tests around the paths that matter
  • A restructured, maintainable codebase
  • Documentation a human can actually follow
The path —

From first call to shipped.

  1. Free written read

Usually 1 business day · free

You leave knowing where you stand — even if you never hire us.

  2. Assessment or build plan

    About 5 business days

A clear, evidence-based plan — and a fixed price for the work.

  3. Build or stabilization sprint

    2–4 weeks · fixed scope

A working, deployable product you understand and control.

  4. Delivery & retainer

    Ongoing · month to month

From first idea — or first emergency — to shipping, with a team that already knows your code.

Straight answers.

All the common ones — Lovable, Cursor, Bolt, v0, Replit and similar. The output patterns differ, but the underlying cleanup — security, tests, structure — is the same discipline.

Not at all. AI is a great way to get to a working prototype fast. The mistake is shipping that prototype to production untouched. We keep the speed you gained and add the production hardening it's missing.

Usually not. We keep what's sound and fix what isn't. A full rewrite is a last resort, not a default — we'll tell you honestly which one your app needs.
