New builds -

From an idea to a product in production.

From an idea, a Figma, or an AI-built prototype to a shipped product — web, mobile and the backends behind them, in whatever stack the product actually needs. Senior EU engineers, fixed scope, and you own every line of code from the first commit.

From first read to shipped —

How a new build goes.

A new build starts the same way a rescue does: with a free written read, not a sales call. Tell us the idea, the Figma, or the AI-built prototype you're standing on, and you get an honest scope back — usually within a business day — covering what the core product actually needs to be and the stack we'd recommend for it. No cost, no obligation, and you keep the read whether or not you hire us.

If the scope holds up, the next step is a build plan: about five business days on architecture, milestones, and the right stack for what the product has to survive — payments that need to reconcile call for a different foundation than a content site that mostly needs to rank and load fast. You leave with a real plan and a fixed quote, not a vague estimate.

Then comes the build sprint itself: the core shipped in fixed-scope increments of two to four weeks apiece, each one a working, deployable milestone rather than a black box you don't see again until launch day. It's the same discipline we use on our own products — GazetAI ships as a web app and as native iOS and Android apps from one real-time backend; CarVinVin and Bank-Lift carry live payments and reconciliation from day one. Not a demo — a product, whatever it's built on.

Once the roadmap ships, most builds roll straight into a retainer: the same senior team on tap month to month, for the next feature, the mobile app that follows the web app, or the scaling work that shows up once real users do. Cancel any month; you own every line of code the whole way through.

None of this assumes a blank repository. If there's already a prototype — even one built by Lovable, Bolt or v0 — the free read is still the right first step, but the honest verdict might point you toward fixing an AI-built app or rescuing what's already there instead of building over it. Tell us where you're starting from and we'll take it from there.
